Explosion-proof container "ETC-2"
The explosion-proof container ETC 2 is used for transporting and blocking explosive objects and ammunition if there is a risk of their detonation. The ETC-2 container guarantees the safe storage and transportation of explosive devices, including military ammunition, with the exception of cumulative ammunition, with an explosive charge weight of up to 0.5 kg of TNT equivalent. The container is sealed, so it can protect people from the blast wave, fragments, as well as toxic gases that can be formed as a result of an explosion.
Device
The ETC 2 device is characterized by compact dimensions. The device is made from high-strength steel with a ceramic coating. The device can be transported on a special trolley that folds easily. On a trolley, the explosion blocker can be quickly transported with the projectile to a safe place. Service life – 10 years.
