Reactive jammer with targeted interference "Theseus-21"
The device is designed to ensure the safety of especially important persons (VIPs), convoys, and especially important objects in the face of the threat of terrorist attacks against them using remote-controlled explosive devices with radio fuses.
The device can also be used to block cellular, trunk and other types of communications in squares, stadiums, transport hubs, combat UAVs (blocking control lines), etc.
Operating principle
The device is based on a new radio-photonic design principle with ultra-wideband processing of radio signals modulated in any format in the optical range, which ensures that there is no need to scan an operating frequency range more than 7 octaves wide and, accordingly, a significant reduction in the response time to a radio detonation signal. In a time not exceeding 0.3 microseconds, the radio-photonic processor analyzes signals received over the entire operating range and generates interference signals.
The structure of the interference signal is similar to the structure of the received useful control signal, into which specially generated distortions have been introduced. The adopted processing method allows the device to operate effectively with any number of radio sources and in any modes of their operation, for example, such as frequency hopping mode.
