Manual metal detector BLOKPOST RD 1000 T
A hand-held metal detector with a sensor for measuring body temperature is the latest development to ensure comprehensive safety during a pandemic. The BLOCKPOST RD 1000 T model is designed for local detection of prohibited items and for measuring a person’s temperature.
Temperature measurement
A highly sensitive thermal sensor provides instant measurement of body temperature with the measurement result displayed on the screen with backlight levels:
- green level – permissible temperature values;
- yellow level – the temperature value is equal to the upper threshold;
- red level – the temperature value exceeds the upper threshold.
The metal detector with a temperature sensor has 2 temperature measurement modes:
- mode for measuring human body temperature – from 32.0 to 42.9 ℃;
- object temperature measurement mode – from 0 to 80 ℃.

The RD 1000 T hand-held metal detector detects objects containing or entirely made of magnetic and non-magnetic metal, which are placed in clothing and on the human body. The operating principle is based on the action of an electromagnetic field with circular localization relative to the sensitive element.

- Part of hacksaw blade: <70-80 mm.
- Bayonet assembly: <160 mm.
- Grenade: < 180 mm.
- Pistol type PM assembled: < 200 mm.
Adjustable to 3 sensitivity levels with light indication. Has 2 adjustable modes for displaying the “ALARM” signal:
Mode 1 – vibration and red light indication;
Mode 2 – sound and light indications in red.
If prohibited items are not detected, there is no alarm and the green light indicator lights up.
