The SafeWay System AT 100100 X-ray luggage scanner is a small but comprehensive security solution specifically designed to quickly and efficiently scan small luggage, carry-on luggage, bags and parcels without having to open them and inspect the contents manually.
Due to the small size of the system, it can be installed almost anywhere where a high level of security is required.
The installation is designed for X-ray introscopy of small parcels, luggage and goods, obtaining visual information about their contents with recognition of substances and materials by effective atomic number in order to detect items and substances prohibited for import (export) or that do not correspond to the declared content.
Software that highlights different materials in different colors makes it much easier for security system operators to detect potentially dangerous objects.
Thus, the AT 100100 X-ray scanning system provides contactless and thorough inspection of the contents of bags and luggage, based on a detailed analysis of the acquired images.
The system also has a special set of programs designed to control the installation and obtain, visualize and process digital X-ray images.
According to its design, the installation is a mobile product of the conveyor type.

SOFTWARE FUNCTIONS
The software complex provides control of the operation of SafeWay System AT 100100 and also provides the ability to obtain, visualize and process digital X-ray images.
Equipment control functions:
- Conveyor control, X-ray generator;
- Receiving data from the X-ray receiver;
- Automatic calibration and normalization of the detector;
- Shutting down the X-ray generator in case of emergency;
- Warming up the X-ray generator (manual/automatic);
- Obtaining images without additional processing;
- Isolation of optically dense objects;
- Adjusting the contrast of highly absorbing objects;
- Invert the image;
- Gamma correction of images;
- Optimization of overall contrast;
- Coloring in accordance with the calculated values of the atomic numbers of the substances that make up the objects being tested;
- Coloring substances with atomic numbers from a selected range;
- Pseudo-coloring of objects with the ability to select different palettes;
- Display of organic objects with atomic numbers equal to 7, 8 and 9;
- Displays substances according to the selected optical density range;
- Image scaling up to x96;
- Automatic saving of X-ray images in the archive;
- Automatic separation of explosives and narcotic substances, weapons, and objects with increased density.

RADIATION SAFETY
The design of the installation, under all possible operating conditions, ensures that the equivalent power of the ambient dose of X-ray radiation is reduced at any accessible point at a distance of 0.1 m from the outer surface of the installation to a level of no more than 1 μSv/h.
