A mobile installation for stationary use is designed for visual, non-contact control of various objects (parcels, luggage, goods and other items). The SmartScan XR 7080D installation identifies weapons, explosives, drugs, and other dangerous objects that pose a security threat.
It is used at airports, train stations, borders, customs, and other facilities where it is necessary to ensure a high level of security for citizens and prevent the carrying of prohibited items.
Peculiarities
The stationary device is easy to move, as it is equipped with wheels. The device automatically processes the information and provides the operator with a color image on the monitor, from which he can determine which metal object is hidden in the luggage.
The device automatically divides objects by color, taking into account density and atomic number, which eliminates false positives or misidentification. The device scans in two projections, creating two images at once, so the operator receives more complete information immediately after the first scan.
The X-ray television installation “SmartScan 7080DV” has been tested for use at transport infrastructure facilities in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2016. N969 “On approval of the requirements for the functional properties of technical means of ensuring transport security and the Rules for mandatory certification of technical means of ensuring transport security.”
